It’s a simple fact that chocolate will melt in temperatures over 70° F. We ship priority (3 day) and use ice, but there are some items that we will not ship once it is over 70° F.


When the temps here in Rochester are consistently over 75° F we will stop shipping to all except NY state ( which is 1-2 days ). We do our best for you, please understand that we will not be held responsible for shipping delays beyond our control. Thank you!
